This special volume on Social Sciences contains papers presented during the 4th International Congress on Social Sciences, China to Adriatic (ICSSCA-IV) held in Gaziantep, Turkey 12–14 March 2017. This congress was the fourth of a series of ICSSCA initiated by Institution of Economic Development and Social Researches (IKSAD), international and interdisciplinary meetings related to social sciences topics of particular importance to Turkey, with global impacts as well. It was jointly organized by Al Farabi International Journal on Social Sciences. First was inaugurated in 2015 and supported by the golbasi Municipality and Adiyaman University. The second was supported by Payas Municipality and Afghanistan Kateb University. Third was held in Antalya and supported by Kazakh State Women’s Teacher Training University. We prefer to hold this one without any joints. Since the next one will be held in Tokyo, we stare that as a prove. Here on behalf of IKSAD, I wold like to thank to Prof.Dr. Mustafa TALAS head of congress, to invited speakers and all participants. Hope to Tokyo in September, 2017.
